Pama's technological innovations follow the fresh pasta industry evolution towards rational and modular production systems.  One of the most important demands of the industry is to change the old systems (not in a continous manner) to completely automatic  and continous ones. The modular system “LTA”, projected and designed by Pama Parsi Macchine in order to build special custom lines, is able to use a higher number of elevated quality machines connected and controlled through a centralized mechanism.

This electronic centralized mechanism controls the sheet speed during the whole productive cicle. All the production parameters can be varied simply  changing the programmed values.
