Building machines for pasta factories is our job. With the OR/16-N we have fulfilled a dream, a wish that 20 years ago seemed unthinkable to fulfill. To produce 200 kg / h of orecchiette in absolute “silence”, satisfying the needs of the most expert pasta makers.
Mind-boggling numbers; perfect shapes respecting the tradition of Apulian pasta; the company, because it is a pleasure to see it work 24 hours a day on 3 shifts, in a silent machine, it seems almost “silent”. The same operators are amazed exclaiming: “It was time .. !!”
Presented at trade fairs all over the world, the OR / 16-N orecchiette machine is enjoying the success it deserves. It has passed the examination of the most attentive experts in the sector, demonstrating its validity in respect of the forms, an element that distinguishes the territory.
In the last 2 installations they are produced
- pasteurized orecchiette with subsequent packaging in ATM
- dried orecchiette for the foreign market
It is not easy today to match the work of expert hands, of the most demanding artisans. The machine did it. A product, the Apulian Orecchietta, like the hand-made one, the new “PATENTED” basket group, the production of 200 kg / h, the constant and continuous feeding for a perfect plasticity and color of the dough, extremely silent ( away those annoying ear muffs from the workplace).
In addition, the formation belt of the typical Apulian pasta shapes has been strengthened: cavatelli di puglia, capunti, fusilli from Calabria, trofie, strascinati, olive leaves, strozzapreti, macaroni.
