Suitable for the continuous processing of short and stuffed pasta, it mainly consists of a sturdy stainless steel structure, a series of conveyor belts in food-grade plastic (polyethylene or polypropylene) or stainless steel one on top of the other to transport the product and an area where the batteries for heating and ventilation are located.
The thermal insulation brushing is all in stainless steel and polyurethane foam, which can be fully opened to facilitate cleaning, washing and maintenance. Total control of the internal temperature and humidity takes place through a device for the extraction of humidity, complete with detection probes.
