So much sacrifice to prepare fresh pasta every day with the freshest and best ingredients, combined with homemade condiments.
Pama Parsi Macchine obviously did its part, supplying machines and equipment for the entire pasta factory, including gastronomy. All combined with on-site training with our Chef Pastaio Luca Carocci, spearhead in overseas training.
The trust received by the Dimitru spouses and our experience in the production processes of fresh pasta and gastronomy, have made the dream a fantastic reality … half Italian and half American. Congratulations Eaitaliana
