Molino Conti is located in Castel Madama, a few kilometers from Rome, and represents a solid reality present in the area for six generations. Tradition, passion and quality … nothing else.

The real jewel is the mill from the early 1900s, completely renovated and fully functional. Combined with a new generation plant, Molino Conti produces fresh egg pasta and bronze drawn dry pasta, coming from the grinding of cereals (wheat, spelled, kamut, corn, rice, oats, barley, etc.), of quality strictly national and from organic farming from certified private producers.
